I started working on this story all the way back in 2017, it all began with the creation of Tammy's character based on a song by Jack Off Jill (I was 14, don't judge me too much). Since then I've written about her, in different timelines and she eventually became a comfort character until I had forgotten about her. Ezra's character first emerged in 2019 as a sidekick to Tammy and the voice of reason in her crazy coke-fueled adventures. Both of them had been revisited and re-designed in 2023 and that's when I fell in love with them. With the timely release of one of the biggest games of 2023, I had become inspired to pursue story telling again and hey, if I'm feeling risky I might as well try my hand at game development, after all, what did I have to lose?

There was elements to this story that I wanted to keep from the start and one of those was Tammy's addiction to alcohol and cocaine. Her original design also involved six horns and I kept those to honor her old design.

Ezra was just meant to be comic relief at first but also the only normal person in the department, as I continued to write about him more and more and explore his character, ideas, values and hobbies I came to the conclusion that a normal guy is not that interesting and I didn't want him to be a blank slate with a cut and dry personality. I wanted compelling characters but then again it was challenging as I hadn't written a male character before.

The more I wrote, the more I changed old characters, i scrapped some, killed others and created new ones. 

I can finally confidently say that I am incredibly happy and proud of what I have created so far and want to finish the project and share it with the world.
